Overview
Needs Analysis- Based on the stakeholder’s expressed training goals and meetings with subject matter experts, I was able to assess the gaps in knowledge and skills and create learning goals. In the end, I decided to create two e-Learning courses that provided training on the navigational basics of the system’s online platform to meet the training need.
Design & Development- Through the two eLearning courses, the audience will gain a high-level, foundational knowledge of the overall functionality of the platform in order to perform a number of simple functions related to specific job roles.
Implementation- I published the two eLearning courses and was responsible for loading it into the company’s learning management system- Workday.
Quality Assurance- The first round of users to take the courses were the super users of the new system. Based on the reviews and feedback from the stakeholder and super users, the courses were updated. Four waves of users completed the courses before attending the required instructor-led trainings.

I designed and developed two interactive eLearning courses to introduce the newly-adopted CRM system platform to company employees. My goal was to create an interactive learning experience for learners to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully operate the online system.
Process
I began by creating an eLearning style guide for the company based on their style brand and logo. I utilized this style guide to create courses with Articulate Storyline course authoring software.
I developed interactive elements throughout the courses that offer learners choice in their learning, increasing engagement and knowledge retention.
